Area21 back with La La La

Martin Garrix is back with a new single on his alias Area21 (duo with Maejor). This is the first extract of his anticipated debut album confirmed for late-2021.

“La La La,” shows alien travelers beaming up unhappy people into their spaceship for an impromptu intergalactic party, using music to unite and uplift their mood. This is the seventh single published by Area21, following «Spaceships» and «Girls» (2016), «We did it» and «Glad you came» (2017), «Happy» (2018), and «Help» (2019).

Previously distributed by Epic (Sony) and STMPD, Martin Garrix and Maejor signed with Hollywood Records (Disney Music Group) for this first full project. It consists of an album, several singles and a complete universe around it (animation videos, goodies, fashion...).

More than 70 people from American studio Titmouse worked on the La La La animation video and on the design for the Area21 project.

Best known as Martin Garrix, musician Martijn Garritsen uses alias for his side-projects such as Area21, Ytram or GRX. It gives him more freedom to explore new sounds.
