In collaboration with his friend Julian Jordan, whom he met on the electronic music forums, who attended the same production school and who arrived a year earlier at Spinnin ', Martin Garrix released BFAM (Brother From Another Mother). This is Martin's first single accompanied by a videoclip.

Released on October 16th, 2012, BFAM quickly enters the TOP 10 of Beatport, it is the first time that a Martin Garrix title is classified. In November, he gives his first interview, in 7-Days Magazine (NL).

Finally, thanks to his remix of Body (Christina Aguilera), Martin receives his first professional trophy: the DJ Awards of Slam!FM.
