On the beats of Martin Garrix, the Winter Games in South Korea were closed on Sunday. The Dutchman was part of the final piece of the more than two-hour closing ceremony.
Once the flame was extinguished, first Garrix 'South Korean colleague DJ Raiden showed his turning skills, but soon the stage was for the Dutchman, who was voted the world's best DJ for the second time in a row last year. Dressed in a long black jacket, Garrix tried to get the athletes, who by now were allowed back into the middle of the Olympic Stadium, to dance. Among other things, he played his hits Forever, Together, Animals and Pizza.
Garrix followed in the footsteps of his great example, DJ Tiësto. It ran in 2004 during the opening ceremony of the Summer Games in Athens.
